I’ve been having the same problem. No metadata for movies added in the past couple of weeks. TV shows work fine for me as well.

This is wrong - if it works it’s a miracle:
S:\
...Game of Thrones\
.......Season 1\
...........Game of Thrones - S01E05 - The Wolf and the Lion.mkv
Should be:
S:\
...A TV Show Library Folder\
....Game of Thrones\
.......Season 1\
...........Game of Thrones - S01E05 - The Wolf and the Lion.mkv
Libraries need to be folders off the root - not the root.
If your movie library has no Library Folder (and it doesn’t) - that’s likely an issue - and when you consider you haven’t yet named the movie…:
M:\
.....Island, The (2005)
Should be:
M:\
....A Movie Library Folder\
.........The Island (2005)\
...........The Island (2005).mkv
The nested folder isn’t ‘Required’, but is ‘Highly Recommended’.
The Library Folders are ‘Required’.
Naming the movie correctly is also ‘Required’.
All of the movies are in folders. Also, it added metadata of some new movies a couple days ago, but no movies added since have metadata.
M:\
.....Island, The (2005)
That one isn’t - taken directly from your logs… and that name won’t work.
Jumbo Frame was already disabled, and I have the Dream Machine from Unifi, which I think the MTU is 1500 by default.
Ran the .bat file on one movie file that doesn’t have metadata, and the error.log file only shows the path of the movie.
That’s weird, cause that stuff is automated. It’s currently in a folder, but still not able to find metadata. ![]()
Oops, didn’t realize it was still running.
Tried it again, and waited for it to run. The CMD window closed, so I assumed it was finished. error.log only shows the path of the movie file.

Changed the library folder to \\drobo5n\Movies and it found a few movies, which I didn’t have before. Bad news is it’s not finding most of the metadata. Random movies are getting metadata, but not all of them.

I’ve already told you on the other thread, this is a network issue. Connect to a VPN or mobile hotspot and see if the issue disappears. If it does then it’s your change to a new ISP that is the problem.
Quick update. It’s working again!
Not sure what happened. Restarted Plex earlier this morning, tried refreshing metadata, and no luck. Forgot about it til now, tried again and it worked.
