I joined and setup plex arcade on my windows 10 server. All libraries are setup and games play on my andriod phone using the screen controllers and it works fine have not tried a Bluetooth device on my phone yet but wanted to try my Nvidia Shield using the shield gamepad controller it came with. The games load up but when i go to move a character or menu option it does not let me use the dpad or the analog stick. I can press the buttons and jump but i cant move. Anything i can try out to fix this. I will be playing most games on the shield
Exactly same challenge for me.
Took some fiddling but all setup. Works fine on Win10 and Android.
Loads ok on Shield but no way to control

Basically any game. Any update on this? i am still on my trial and have not been able to use this feature yet. It does the same thing on all shields in my home. I have 3 of them Shield TV PRO 2019, Shield TV 2017, Shield TV 2019

Is the issue that you see the game, but can’t start it or it starts but then cant control it?
Experiencing the same thing - can play everything as expected on iOS and Chrome browser, but not on Shield. Strangely, I notice that N64 games play on the Shield as expected, but older consoles (eg those without a stick) do not.
