I checked preferences and I tried clicking on the server. I couldn’t find the same screen as you shared.

It is under Settings - Server - General

I’ve made different libraries for TV shows and Movies, as is incorrectly renaming episodes

This is required in Plex anyway. You absolutely need separate libraries for movies and tv shows.
