No option to add library

I set up a Plex server today. I created a new library in the server and called it ‘Music’ and pointed it to my Music directory on my NAS. Plex cranked away for quite a while. Now I can listen to my music.

Then, I purchased the plex premium subscription

Now I want to add ‘Movies’ to my server. I see no option anywhere that lets me add another library to my server. Sorry, I’ve been grovelling around looking for how to do this. There are plenty of instructions on how to add a new library but all of the instructions say there is a big obvious + button to add a library and I don’t see that anywhere in my UI. Attached an image of the UI. Any ideas?
