No option to add library

This has driven me insane all morning. It’s so basic that I must be missing something very obvious. Just got Plex and keen to try it out mainly want to use it as a music server but I cant for the life of me work out how to add a music library. all the instruction on line say you click on “+ library” button but that doesn’t exist!!


I’ve attached a screen shot of what I have if anyone could point me in the direction of the mystical "+ library tab I’d be grateful.

(This is plex on a windows 10 surface pro 4)

You did not download the Plex Server software.
You downloaded the Plex client app for Windows, which is a playback-only app with no ‘management’ features.

Download the Plex Server from the DOWNLOADS link above.
