Since updating the PMS via my NAS (Asustor 6102T) to version 1.28.0.5999, I can access my libraries via my Panasonic TV, but I can’t play their contents. A message appears saying there are unknown playback problems. Playback works perfectly on all other devices (smartphone, laptop, PC). Unfortunately, the off. Plex support cannot help, since there is no information for either Asustor or Panasonic. Maybe someone here has an idea…?
Apparently, Plex support doesn’t consider themselves responsible for assisting with issues on Panasonic TVs, even though my TV, for example, is on the compatibility list.
Unfortunately, Panasonic support is refusing to provide assistance as the issue affects software not designed by Panasonic. I therefore hope that this message will be read and taken up by Plex support staff, as the error described is clearly based in the Plex software.
In this respect I expect help in this regard and thank you in advance.
As far as I know, I am not the only one confronted with this problem.
