Panasonic TC-55EX600C can't find server

Server Version#:4.34.4
Player Version#: cannot access

I get the page that says Server is offline or not available and have tried the suggested things but no change. It is accessing someone I share with. I can access my server through my Ipad, another laptop and another TV just fine.

The old, decrepit Plex client on Panasonic TVs is unfortunately no longer usable, because it doesn’t ā€œspeakā€ a now necessary secure network protocol to contact plex.tv

See Plex support is ending 2020-09-30 on older smart TV devices

Panasonic tv’s were re enabled since the statement you identified in your reply
but this was fixed as, outside of the US, Panasonic are hugely popular.
you (Plex) fixed it and my tv’s were working again ( 1 LG 1 Panasonic neither cheap low quality or old as per the implications of the original post.)
however back to the point this was all working again but suddenly not any more?
i had the ā€˜can not connect to server issue’ and installed the ā€˜new server version’

the new layout is dreadful - slow and cumbersome - i expect we’ll get used to it
but the BUFFERING for 2 to 5 min before the film you picked starts is annoying as all ,
and the constant 5 to 20 second drop outs every 5 min in the middle of the film running is just about enough to drive me to uninstall plex and go with something else…

I was referring to the software version of the Plex client, which is available on Panasonic devices. It is literally years old and has not seen any development since then.
It is not officially supported and it doesn’t look like this will change in the near future.

I’m sorry but is it possible there are no solutions?
Panasonic have a repository closed but you as Plex can ask to update your app!!!
Of course they don’t give apk to me, but Plex MUST collaborate with Panasonic, LG or Philips or Samsung, and if you don’t want to do this for your users, you should do that for your inspirations and your business too!

Please vote for the Panasonic Smart TV app:

Turns out the Panasonic TV is fine. I finally figured out how to get a link code and then linked it through one specific laptop which is not the one I think acts as the server and everything works great.
I thought the Panasonic was new enough to not be among the models affected, but why it got fixed was due another internet outage which took out my Samsung where I subsequently found the code and used it so then did the same on the Panasonic.
All systems are go now.
