No remote access after updating

I have just updated the Plex server, but after the update I have no remote access.

I know that the router settings works, because everything works fine before the update.

I have tried to reboot the computerand tried to log off the server. When I log on the server again, i get a green questionsmark for a few sekund and afterward I get a orange !.

Someone who have an idea?
