Yep Another threads regarding this topic, The remote access worked until i’ve completly restarted my setup . I am running a WD My Cloud NAS .

Canyouseeme Says Port is Visible. Port Forward on my router works great

Fully fonctionnal From outside Home but only from web browser

App’s Fire stick, Android Works from outside Home only for a short period of time, when i clear cache and data and Sign in.

I’m not familiar with the WD platform….Do you have ssh access or direct access to the plex media server folder on the WD? If so, stop plex, go to the Cache directory, is there a certificate.p12 file? If so, rename it certificate.p12.old and start plex back up. It should download cert-v2.p12.

If that doesn’t work, go to the network settings in plex and enable Strict TLS and do the steps above again.
