Thanks. It’s an 2019 LG TV and another (coincidentally exactly the same model) works perfectly (albeit on the same local network as the NAS). I’ll try that but given the TV is quite new, would be odd to end support.

My server is already set to ‘prefer’ secure connections. In any case, the list here suggests my LG TV (WebOS >3) supports secure connections. Can anyone at Plex help with this one? I don’t understand it - the TV Plex app used to work fine but now doesn’t. Thanks.
