- Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file: No media file at all works
- A detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better): I manage to launch Plex on my Apple TV, get to see all my media but as soon as I try to play something I get the message "An error occurred loading this content”. I had an older version of Plex (Jailbroken AppleTV) on it and everything played fine. Now I tried to change video settings (auto, direct, etc) and still no luck.
