Can't play any media anymore : "An error occurred loading this content"

Hello guys, hope you can help me with this issue. I'm screwed, I can't watch anything on the living room anymore!

  • Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file: No media file at all works
  • A detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better): I manage to launch Plex on my Apple TV, get to see all my media but as soon as I try to play something I get the message "An error occurred loading this content”. I had an older version of Plex (Jailbroken AppleTV) on it and everything played fine. Now I tried to change video settings (auto, direct, etc) and still no luck.
  • Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one:

On PMS - do you have "require authentication" set?

On PMS - do you have "require authentication" set?

Where can I find that? Just went through both web and finder "preferences" :S

PMS: Settings->Server->Connect->Show Advanced...

PMS: Settings->Server->Connect->Show Advanced...

Thanks! Just checked and now, it's not enabled...

Your log looks fishy... try again with loglevel=High

Also, do you have any special environment in use, like DMZ, VPN, ...?

I'm sorry but I'm really struggling with PlexConnect, I cannot even see if it's running or not! Looks like you have to have the terminal open for it to run? Anyway, just installed the Daemon thing to make sure it's on....

I wanted to close it so I could refresh the log for you but don't know how :S

There is a WIKI for that: https://github.com/iBaa/PlexConnect/wiki/Install-Guide-Mac#additional-commands

:-D
