No response from Plex Media Server !

Hello every one , I installed Plex on my window and Apple TV 3 recently, I added many plug in bundle to my channel but on both ( window and ATV ) I get this message “No response from Plex Media Server” and it can’t play the episods or … , I can see all channel logos and episode picture tile but I can’t play them ,
every time I entered to a channel to play I got this message on my PlexConnect.py (Python 27):
" request Timeout=20
HTTP error 500 : Internal server error "
I had this problem on window and Apple TV
I disabled my firewall but same error

The settings are:
ATV 3 (Model:A1469) - Software 7.2 (7512)
DNS: 192.168.0.14
Local IP:192.168.0.14
ATV IP: 192.168.0.13
Laptop Dell Latitude E6440 - Window 7 (64 bit)
PMS Version 0.9.12.19.1537-f38ac80
Using Eset Smart Security v 8.0.319 as Antivirus and Firewall

Probably the channels are broken. Anyway, this seems to not be a PlexConnect issue because you say that channels are not working in windows as well.

So that means all the channels and bundles are not working at all !? because i tried many channels and bundles and i got same error on my plexconnect !

No, that means, that PlexConnect can’t do anything if even Plex/Web is unable to grab data.
If you have some, that work on Plex/Web, but not on your aTV, please give a shout. :smiley:
