No server access (kind of)/ no NAS set up / no media folders recognized

Hi everybody,

I have a weird problem, I tried plenty of times to install and never succeeded, Hope you can shed some light and find a solution. I will try to be as precise as possible.

I installed plex, gave the correct permission to the media folder. but here are the problems:

-Pplex server set up tries to connect through quickconnect (http://192-168-0-36.user.direct.quickconnect.to:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/2cf5d59836c2176a07b3057be67dd1a88baedadf) and refuse to launch, I have the message “plex server not authorized”.

BUT, I can enter the server with the quickconnect link properly (http://192-168-0-36.user.direct.quickconnect.to:32400). Once inside the server, my medias or NAS is not listed. I did the token stuff, I can see ny NAS in the authorized devices…

-If I try http://192.168.0.36:32400 it doesn’t work, I have a plex blank page.

Any idea ?

All is good, found the solution, turn off quickconnect and everything is fine. Big question is, now that everything is installed and running, can I turn on quickconnect and have Plex still working…
