Install issues - PMS - Synology DS220+

Hello! I recently bought a Synology DS220+ and have set it up with default settings including Quick Connect. Plex is available as beta version on the NAS package center and I installed it. However, when I try to open the plex media server within the NAS I get the error "no soup for you… " etc. I also have a Plex Pass and have created an account with Plex. Even after I log in with the Plex credentials, it repeatedly shows me the same error and I am unable to get past this step to actually setup the PMS and my libraries within Plex.

Read through several forums here and watched a few different videos on youtube to troubleshoot, but not finding anything relevant. Can someone please help with this?

It’s not letting you in because of the QuickConnect URL.

Synology changed QuickConnect. Instead of staying inside the NAS, it loops out to their servers then comes back in as a REMOTE WAN IP.

Plex protects against being claimed by anything not on your LAN.

To get this going, open using http://LAN.IP.of.Syno:32400/web
(use your Synology’s LAN adddress). Note: http not https.
