Is your server signed in and connected to plex.tv? Check the Settings -> Server -> Connect page for the 2 green check marks. This is required for the xbox one application.
If your server is signed in and connected and your still having trouble, try pulling out the xbox's power cable, giving it 30 seconds, then re-plugging and starting up your xbox, then going into the plex app again.
Thanks alot Adamskoog!
Glad you got up and running! :)
Any chance of helping someone else out with a similar issue?
I'm running a Synology 1513+ with version 0.9.11.4.739-A4E710F
I can login into the server and see I'm signed in. I can see my server online at https://plex.tv/servers.
Xbox reports "No Servers Found" The servers we have discovered are not supported by this application. Please upgrade your Plex Media Server" which was why I upgraded to 9.11 in the first place.
I can launch the web app and connect, I can also connect vi android to my server remotely. Only the Xbox doesn't seem to work.
OK,
So I did manage to get this working. Here are the steps.
1.) Shutdown and Uninstall Plex from Synology (required to downgrade as you can't installer a lower numbered version.)
2.) Download previous version from https://plex.tv/downloads
3.) Manually Install 9.11.1.678. (you have to wait ~5 minutes after uninstall as the OS hasn't released the TCP Port)
3.1) Xbox still doesn't recognize the server
4.) Uninstall Plex from Xbox
5.) Reinstall Plex on Xbox
And boom it works. Clearly some connectivity issues in 9.11.4.
