No server found

Hi,

I have installed the new plex media server on my iMac (0.9.10.3.665-c9109e2) OS X. I have installed the new plex app on my xbox one and logged in to my profile on the xbox. The plex app can't find the plex media server, It's says "No server found". What is the problem, any help would be appreciated.... :)

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues. Are you able to see your server when you log into plex.tv? The XB1 application retrieves the list of servers from plex.tv, hence why it needs to be "known" in order for us to discover it...

How can I download the PMS version 0.9.10.3 or newer to my iMac?

When I download the latest server from the website it only provides version 0.9.9.14.531-7eef8c6

You need to get it by selecting plex pass downloads from the download section on the plex website.

I'm having the same issue. I have version 0.9.9.10.459 installed on my synology drive.. when can we expect an update for this platform?

Hey all, 

Just got the Plex Pass. Everytime I try to download the server I get the error:

Web server is down

i have fixed that problem i actually use xpenology on my server use this link https://plex.tv/downloads?channel=plexpass either pick intel arm powerpc i used intel works great what syology do u have? install manually with package center

Hey,

I got a Zyxel NSA325v2 server and i get that my plex version is too old, so what i'm wondering is if there is version i can install on my server that will make this work on my Xbox One too? (compatible with my server?)

It looks like the Xbox One version is now looking for server version 0.9.11.0 or higher - and the Plex Pass version is currently at 0.9.10.x. Has 0.9.11.X been released somewhere?
