No settings screen appears in PMP Full Screen TV

It seems lately that whenever I try to access SETTINGS in PMP (running full screen TV) the settings windows never appear. This was not the case for as long as I can remember. I temporarily rolled back to Windows PMP 2.17.0.890 and was able to access settings just once.

Of course, PMP automatically forced me to upgrade to 2.19 – at which point the settings screen disappeared again.

I get so tired of Plex “fixing” something and breaking something else.

Mind sharing some more details on your setup (e.g. OS/version).
I’ve just checked the PMP 2.19 installed on my Mac and at least that one doesn’t show your symptoms.

Hi … Windows 7 Pro Service Pack 1 64 bit running on an i5-4690K CPU

Again, this is a new occurrence … I’ve run PMS and PMP on this HTPC for 3+ years without this issue. It is as though the settings screen never loads. Although – If I use the arrow keys, the app does make the clicking noises as though it is accessing the settings. The video driver is running from the MB and is listed in the device manager as an Intel HD Graphics 4600

Again, rolling back to 2.17 allows me to see the settings – though now Plex has forgotten that I have devices that can play AC3 and DTS audio. :\

I have the same issue, i cannot load the settings screen, ver of PMP 2.20 win10 OS nvidia 1080. Very annoying
