No sound on Amazon Fire TV

Good afternoon,

First of all, excuse my English.

I have four accesses in my house to the Plex server, Apple TV 4, Samsung TV, Android Box and Amazon Fire TV.

It always worked normally, only recently the “.HDTV.x264-MTB.mkv” files I have placed are muted on Amazon Fire TV. The Strange thing is that other devices normally operate this same file. I already tested it with the optimized file and still it still does not sound on Amazon Fire TV.

I use the Plex Server on a WIndows 10 Machine and the K-Lite Codec Pack installed and upgraded to the latest version. I have the Plex Pass version.

I need your help to try to solve this problem.

I did the test putting it to see the original quality and so the sound comes out, but when I put it to transcode it it is muted.

I need it to be transcoded because I have external and direct access the link does not support.
