Audio problem on Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K,

For a few days now when I watch the movies on my fire stick there is no sound (also for movies that i see in past with audio regular)
I don’t think the problem depends on my server (app on QNAP NAS) but on the Fire Stick app because:

  1. the audio cannot be heard both when I watch movies from my server and when I watch movies from a friend’s server
  2. my friend on appletv can hear audio from movies from my server
  3. the same film seen on the other TV in other room (a xiaomi with built-in plex app) the audio is heard

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plex app from the Amazon Fire Stick but nothing. If I watch movies from Amazon Prime or other apps on the Firestick, the audio can be heard normally.

My movies are HEVC 1080p with double AAC audio, allways worked on my fire stick 4k
