No soup for you Synology DS218+

Hi,

I have moved all my media and server needs to an Synology DS218+ I chose this solution due to feedback from other users of great Plex Media Server performance.

I cannot get it to connect to my account, I have read through all other posts relating to this and all hints/tips failed.

I just get no soup for you!, connecting directly via local lan.

This is becoming extremely frustrating having invested a lot of time and money to get here.

Please could someone advise, I have tried the recommendations log out of local account, log out of plex.tv stop services, wait etc… to no avail.

I was being stupid and trying to do it over a VPN,
