Why do I keep randomly getting this "No Soup for you" error message?

I’m on my home network using the computer my plex server is on, signed in, trying to access my music library which is visibly there. I have a plex pass.

@msb2828 As I understand from our conversation, this issue resolved itself after updating to the latest 0.9.16.0 Plex Media Server.

Sadly I was not able to uncover anything pertaining to why you were seeing this issue from the logs provided.

I am having the same issue since the latest update (3.39.5) running on MacOS 10.4
