Server disappears

I have tried downloading servers for both of thhes but for the last couple of months no luck. When I got to plex it is like the server is not there. No matter how many times I download. Worked fine for years and now will not work. Any help please.

  1. go to https://app.plex.tv
  2. Settings - Authorized devices - Servers
  3. REMOVE any old servers there. At least the ones which conflict with what you’re trying to install on now.
  4. When done, SIGN OUT of plex/web (upper right – your avatar)
  5. close window
  6. Open an incognito window
  7. Open http://ip.addr.of.qnap:32400/web
