No thumbnails for Photo library - Rasberry Pi 3

I moved my photo library recently to Rasberry Pi… But the photo library is not getting updated properly.

No thumbnails are shown and dates are shown incorrectly.

Will using Fat32 cause any issues with thumbnails ?

Seems formatting drive in Fat32 is causing issue… moved to EXT4 and now issue is fixed.
