I just got Plex Pass and thought I set up the trailers to play before every movie starts but it is not working. I need to know exactly where all the setting are to get this working.

First step go on plex server settings > Agents and you find there plex movie click on it and see if "find trailers and extras automatically (plex pass required) to be enabled
Second go to Extras and chose the setting from there ( i had mine set on all movies) also i have ticked show trailers for new and upcoming in theatres.
and from the player i set it to x2 (you can set as many as you want)
Could it be a Roku setting I’m missing. I didn’t set anything on my Roku.

I think most clients need you to enable it. So probably yes.
