Plex Pass Not Playing Automatic Trailers

plexserver on raspberry pi version 1.14.1.5488.
plex web Version 3.81.1
plex on roku Version 6.1.1.5282

I recently bought plexpass a couple of days ago, tried restarting the server and apps, made sure to select cinema trailers (3 before each movie) in each app’s setting, but still won’t play any trailers when I play a movie.

Also has to be enabled for each library.

Edit the library, choose Advanced, check “Enable Cinema Trailers.”

You know I have been trying to get this to work for so long. I’ve read so many things… And this last check box sorted it. Thank you.
