Hi,
I am using nvidia shield pro with newest firmware as my plex server which also supports HW transcoding on the fly.
This works great on IOS when I am on the go with my Iphone SE 2023.
I also own a Samsung FE 2020 with latest Android firmware. Remote access works also when I am on the go, but only with maximum video settings. When I set the quality for mobile or remote lower then original output, the video starts loading but nothing happens. I searched every options in the settings menu, I also tried it with and without subtitles, but it seems like transcoding doesn’t work on my samsung phone, but only on my iphone. I tried the identical settings on android like I have it on IOS, but still no change happens.
Does anyone have an idea?
