Transcoding to Phone/Tablet apps not working

Hello,

I’ve been banging my head against walls for the last two days trying to setup back my Nvidia SHIELD as a PMS.
Direct play is working just fine, Forcing transcoding to Plex web app in chrome is working just fine, but I can’t for the life of me get it to work on my Tablet/Phone (Xiaomi Redmi Pad / Google Pixel 4a)
The transcoding appears to be working on the Shield (I configured the Transcode path to somewhere I can keep an eye on, and the files are appearing) but the player never starts reading the video, even with the transcode going sloth mode when having enough buffered data.
There seem to be something going on fetching the transcoded parts from the Shield to my devices (specially on the Plex App from the Play Store)

I’ve been trying everything to get it working but I’m lost here and don’t know what to do next.

EDIT: BTW I’m trying to transcode only 1080 videos on a 2015 version of the shield. And whenever I’m starting the video - I’m trying to transcode - on my phone/tablet, the session is not appearing in the server web interface if it can give hints… No errors in the console. Will try to dig deeper in the logs.

I went and did some tests regarding my issue, it looks like the problem indeed lies in the Plex App for Android. I tried the Plex App on my Mac and it works just fine while transcoding with the same settings as Phone/Tablet. Forcing the Shield to transcode is also a fail as its running Plex App for Android too.
