No video but Sounds work

Player Version#: Just downloaded it on windows store

So yea, I had to reinstall windows few days ago, and now I realised that some videos don’t work anymore
On both Plex media player on firefox and the one from windows store, I have sound but no video
I tried on my android Plex media player, I do have video and sound, its fine there

I downloaded codecs, but maybe I got the wrong one :s
If you know what is wrong, please let me know

Btw, just realised, it does work with Window media player
Still wonder why it doesn’t on plex :frowning:

I tryed redownloading these video from another source
Same problem, still black screen but sounds on

One of my friend tested the same videos and they work for him
Why not for me?
he has the video and the sounds, i just have the sound
