Plex app for Windows desktop No sound for some videos

Plex app for windows having some difficulty playing some videos. It give no sound at all. Video playback is fine but without any sound when played on Original Quailty.

I experimented a little bit and tried to change quailty during playback. Audio starts working at reduce quality say 720p or whatever.

Same video is working fine with Plex Media Player without any problem. I tried older version of Plex app for windows but wit no luck

Plex app plays other videos without any problem at Orginal Quality.
