No Watching History

This seems like a common issue, but I haven’t been able to find a solution. I’ve been experiencing this myself since mid August.

Activity not showing Watched, but shows Rating

Server Version#: 1.41.0.8911 Player Version#: 5.87.1 Ever since the end of July/beginning of August (last Watched record for a movie I have is July 28th), after I watch a movie and then rate it, the only Activity that shows up is the “You rated” activity. The “You watched” activity is no longer recorded. Tv episodes are unaffected and show both watched and rated activities. The movie is shown as “Watched”, so that’s ok. Activities on media are not being saved

Server Version#: 1.40.4.8679 Starting half a year ago my plex server stopped logging activities on media (except “You Watchlisted”), I’ve gone through all of the settings and didn’t find any related setting off.

Watched Status no longer syncing with Server (NAS) and Roku, Phone, etc

Server Version#:v1.40.2.8395 Player Version#:Synology NAS (DS218+) The watched status is no longer syncing between devices. I do have the two sync settings I’m aware of set to Active/On (Account → Sync Watch State = Active and General → Web Settings Sync = ON). I don’t know if those are all the sync related settings related to this, though. TI discovered this while resetting the watched status for a TV series. Watch History Activity Not Updating Correctly

Starting about a week ago, movies I watch on my server are not being added to My Watch History on my profile page. TV Shows are unaffected/appear correctly. When I check the pages for TV episodes that I have watched I can see a bubble with my profile image and the words “activity by you” This doesn’t appear on movies that I have watched within the last week (except for maybe 5 movies, I’ve been watching a lot of short films lately, way more than 5 this week.)
