Need a setting for this most basic of features
You can disable autoplay by the settings.
While playing the show, click settings, uncheck auto play.
It will keep the setting until you enable it again.
So a setting with global effect is located in the individual episode playback settings? I would suggest it makes more sense in the top level settings. At least that is where I would expect to find it (ala Netflix).

Global, yes. But very needed on an individual basis. Just imagine having to stop what you are playing to go into the settings to turn off because today you don’t want it to play all while you falling asleep. That would suck. This way, you get the best of both worlds. The ability to turn on/off globally and have it very accesible and handy when needed.
