No write access to destination TVDVR

I cant record live TV it worked once upon a time but stopped after last update. I am using an HDhomerun tuner and live TV on plex works.

The following is the ls -lsh for the destination drive
4.0K drwsrwsrwx 20 plex plex 4.0K Apr 11 21:10 TV DVR

so I think the permissions are OK and I can play videos on plex from that directory.

BTW plex is running on a Nvidia Shield pro

Any thoughts?
