Non 4K content stopped working correctly on Plex HTPC

Server Version#: 1.29.0.6244
Player Version#: 1.26.1.3276
OS: Win 11 Pro 22H2

Just recently, whenever I try to play content that is NOT 4K, the video does not display correctly on my Samsung QN900B TV. The video (when it even works at all) opens into what appears to be a 4:3 aspect ratio box in the middle bottom of the screen, having black bars on the sides and the top. It also looks zoomed in because content is being cut off on the sides and top. Sometimes it seems the TV can’t handle some aspect of the file because I’ll get a Samsung TV spinning circle in the middle of the screen and need to hit escape to get back to the Plex HTPC UI.

4K content works perfectly and all other clients (mobile, web, and TV app) display the non 4K stuff without issue. Plex HTPC used to work flawlessly before, but it’s been broken over at least the last week or so.

Any ideas as to what settings may be off?

It’s fixed. I followed the instructions here: Weird Plex bug on Windows 11 - #4 by OttoKerner
