Weird Plex bug on Windows 11

close the player
Go to the data folder C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Plex
or
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex
and edit the file plex.ini
Scroll to the bottom and remove the whole section [ui].
Save, then start again.
