Non-Existent Playback Across All Devices

Server Version#: 1.13.9.5456
I’m having a really hard time getting Plex to stream properly. It has worked properly for years and it is possible that with a recent update something broke. Steaming either doesn’t start at all or runs for a minute and then I receive a message that the network speed isn’t fast enough followed by the media not playing. My media is stored on a Netgear NAS over a gigabit connection to my Windows 10 Laptop which is running Plex Media Server. I have tested transfer speeds and I can move files to and from my NAS at speeds around 250 mbps. My content is generally between 1GB and 3GB AVI or MP4 files.

  1. I have tried streaming inside and outside of my network.
  2. Tried streaming to my computer and to my iOS device.
  3. Done a repair installation of PMS.
  4. Optimized the database.
  5. My devices can stream off of other Plex accounts I am a friends with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nathan

Adding a “me too” reply. Problem began after I applied the 3.73.2 update this morning. Every movie I try throws a not-fast-enough transcoder error (have tried about two dozen with various formats, lengths, etc).
