Samsung Plex app not working

Server Version#: Player Version#: I have 2 Samsung TVs and as of a couple weeks ago, neither one is able to connect to the servers on the Plex app. It works on my phone and tablets in the house so I know it’s not my wifi. It’s something specific to the TV. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
