Yes I am aware of how to find the list of remote servers in the new “update” However, when I select one from the drop down menu, all I hear is an annoying click noise. Nothing happens. If I go back out and select TV or movies it is NOT the server I selected. What is going on with this? Everything worked perfectly before the update. Now this app is nearly useless. In fact, it is useless. I use it to access other plex servers
I have also the same problem at the bottom line.
I went further to try and understand the problem but cannot.
i have installed few clients and try to reach the server, on another computer i managed to connect to the server - some media doesnt play while some does.
on an android tv box cant reach the server
on plex addon for kodi - cant reach the server
on xbox client - cant reach the server.
when setting a server on another computer - all clients see the server.
I am puzzled and looking for advice
(all components mentioned are on the same local network)

Dealing with same issue. Been awhile since I fired up Xbox one S. Was surprised to see new UI. When choosing remote server, all i get is ding noise. Wont let me connect to it. Very disappointed with this update.
This is really bizarre. I am not able to access any remote servers, just receive the dinging noise. When I go to TV and movies I have a bunch of kids titles, no idea where they are from. They are not from my plex, nor any of the ones I use. Is this going to be resolved? I have been a loyal plex customer for years, this is the first time I have seen this level of incompetence in regards to a new update.
To change between your libraries (across all servers) you need to navigate up from the media type buttons at the top of the dashboard. The screen you are looking at is purely to diagnose server connectivity issues and we will be retooling it to make its functionality more obvious. Hope that helps.
