I can see my remote server but it won’t allow me to access it. I go to the top right corner on my XboxOne Plex homepage. I click on my user name. I click on Media Servers. I can see the remote server that I want to use. I click on it and nothing happens. It just makes the noise like it accepts it and nothing happens. I have 2 servers and right now the only one that I can access is the one I have on my home computer. What gives? Anyone else having this issue or know how I can access my other server?
Sorry, I’m new to PLEX. Is this a pretty easy thing to fix? I had no issues accessing all of my servers before the update that was automatically installed on my XboxOne this morning.
Hi there. To switch between libraries on separate servers you navigate up from the dashboard to the media type you want, and then up again to switch between libraries of that type available. Hope that helps.
Haha yep! That’s a big help. My TV is a bit older and the overscan issue with XboxOne and this Philips TV didn’t allow me to see that option. Thanks for the help!!
