Not able to connect to plex media server from desktop computer -> Samsung TV

Samsung TV 6-series 2017 (cabled)
Plex media server on desktop computer (wifi)

Plex media player on TV not able to connect to the Plex media server on desktop. Different ip’s but they are on same network. Desktop IP starts with 192.168.0.x and TV ip is 10.0.0.x.
By connecting the TV to wifi it works perfectly, but I want it to be cabled for different reasons.

I tried putting this in “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth”
10.0.0.86/255.255.255.0,192.168.0.1. But still not able to connect.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!
