Not able to play any channel after removing and re-adding the turner

Hello,

I had a DVR working just fine, based on TVHeadEnd and tvhProxy (https://github.com/jkaberg/tvhProxy), I added and removed the DVR multiple times since I was having issues finding the right EPG (tried multiple options from Plex and few XML files), after one of the tests, I (again) removed the DVR from plex to do other EPG test, since then, doesn’t matter what I do, I can add all the channels just fine, using any EPG service, but I always have the same problem, I can’t play any channel, I always get the same error:

I check on my TVHeadEnd server and proxy and no error, warnings or even connections happen, so I believe this is an issue with Plex, any tip you guys have of what I can try?
