Some series of mine does not get posters? why?
If the naming is too far away from how they should be named, PMS won’t be able to get a high enough matching score (it’s very liberal)
Also,
If there is grossly conflicting metadata in MP4 / AVI files , it’s as bad as incorrect file naming in that it subtracts from the match certainty.
Once match is certain, then it will pull.
One last thing can be simple permissions. Can see the file but not read the file.
Sorry, forgot to say they match and get some info from thetvdb but not posters.
Can you give me an example, exactly how you have the names and structure, so I may check here ?
