Scanner not updating metadata or posters

Trying to refresh incorrect metadata, even if I match it, the poster and metadata remain incorrect
I’ve just imported a large number of files, and have been trying to get the duplicates merged, and didn’t realise that when you are in merge mode, it keeps the first merge item selected - so I accidentally ended up with 21 movies under the same title - all of them are now still keeping the same metadata and poster.

What was weird was that when importing originally, it would correctly match the poster, but not the name - it was showing the file name - I changed the order of the agents in the list, so move local information to the bottom of the list, but now I’m unable to match the modified items - I just get a spinning circle…

I do see some errors in the log, so is that suggesting there’s an issue with my metadata package locally, or is it a remote issue?

All I can say is correct naming.

They are correctly named… as you can see from the screenshot.

The folder and file name must be the same except for the extension…

/Movies
   /Avatar (2009)
      Avatar (2009).mkv
   /Batman Begins (2005)
      Batman Begins (2005).mp4

It is… the movie simply has the format appended to the end for disambiguation.
That’s never been a problem before now.

Naming never a problem till it is, snarky no but the naming is not correct. As i said it’s up too you

It appears to be because it’s in a collection -
If I manually match now after disabling collections, the correct match is displayed and the poster is updated.
I haven’t needed to touch the naming of the files.
