Is your TVS-1688X on a home LAN?
If so, your LAN address isn’t RFC-1918 compliant.
RFC-1918 compliant addresses are:
- 10.x.x.x
- 192.168.x.x
- 172.16.x.x → 172.31.x.x
Anything other than these three blocks are considered WAN (Public) addresses.
PMS will invoke its security to protect.
And adding to @ChuckPa here
It’s also important, that the workstation used to connect initially, is on the same network as your QNAP on the 10.30.x.x IP Net
If not, look here, and search for On another Network

Bad IP Net, since not in private address space!
Strongly suggest you change IP Net
