Not authorized on DSM7

Have been using Plex media server for sometime now, but due to some changes in our telecom company, settings on the router were changed and hence i started getting issues with my Plex…finally i decided to uninstall Plex totally and reinstall it using Synology control panel. Unfortunately i clicked on the Plex Media Server but all what i got was black screen that says Not Authorized, you dont have access to this server.
What am i suppose to do here? And please i would appreciate easy to understand tips as i am not into technical terms :slight_smile:

I am now just facing issue in installing Sub Zero although i have placed the whole folder in the Plex media server plug ins, its still not showing in the Plex settings page

Any plugins placed in DSM 7 must have the files owned by ‘PlexMediaServer:PlexMediaServer’ (DSM 7 is extremely restrictive)

After placement, PMS must be restarted.

Please also be advised, as plug-ins are deprecated, and now obsoleted, certain ones will no longer show in Plex/web.
