Need Help with DSM 7.1

Hi

I need help. Since I updated synology NAS from DSM 6 to DSM7.1, I have been unable to get Plex to work

I have read many, if not all posts, in the forum, tried all sorts of method
I have even removed my plex from the NAS and try for a clean install, it still does not work

  1. I have used the package downloaded from the Plex page
  2. I have given read/write previlage to Plex Media Server inside “internal system user”
  3. I have tried clean install, and claim token

But after installation, when I click on the plex app, either

  1. it sends me to a general Plex webpage, or
  2. a black screen saying “Not authorized. You do not have access to this server”

It has been incredibly frustratiing. I have tried contacting synology support, all they say is to contact Plex support.

I am using life-pass, so all cost is paid and I have no option to withdraw. Please help

From I have read in the forum, I understand that it is not really Plex’s fault that we are in this situation, but right now I cannot get any of my content to work, and I really need help with this
