That sounds like you have a double.
Go to your Movies Library filter (under all) to Duplicates.
See what you got.
If Onward actually is a duplicate - locate and destroy one of them, then Plex Dance the remaining Onward once more.
The logs we have might not show what we want - so a minute after the next Plex Dance - grab another set and post 'em.
