Not available outside your network - GOING CRAZY

Hi I have the latest version of the PMS and remote access was working fine for 3 years and suddenty I am getting Not available outside your network.

  • No Antivirus
  • Firewall Disabled
  • All these ports forwarded to the desktop where the server is installed 192.168.1.104
    TCP: 32400
    UDP: 1900
    TCP: 3005
    UDP: 5353
    TCP: 8324
    UDP: 32410, 32412, 32413, 32414
    TCP: 32469
  • When I Click Retry on Manual Port it turns green for 2 seconds then back to red
  • I get the double NAT notification but I have only one router from the ISP
  • The UPNP is enabled

Any advise on how to fix this issue? Thanks

If you ware having issues with Double NAT, it’s going to be a bit difficult to resolve. Especially if the ISP’s hardware is the cause of it. That support document is a start of what you need to work through to get things going, though. Start there.

Same problem here for almost a month. No Double NAT.

Is your router blocking IPs based on geoip database? You will need to allow Ireland and the US to connect to your server.
