Hi,
I’m having trouble setting this up.
Have tried following this link.
https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/
Think it might be the router confusing me. Its a Netis VDSL2
See the attachment for the settings used!
It does look like it works and goes green for a second before turning red again.
Plex does not use UDP port 32400, but TCP.
If you open port 32400 UDP on your router, it will not be reachable from outside your LAN.
First change it to TCP.

So what I have found is when I select TCP and go to confirm in the list at the bottom it has changed to UDP?!
Not really sure why it would do that if it gives the option?
That is very weird indeed. Have you tried reaching your plex server manually from outside ?
By typing https://your-external-ip-address:32400/web in a web browser from an LTE connection for example.
If this times out, then port forwarding is not being done correctly on your router.
