Not available outside your network with port forwarding correctly set up

Server Version#: 1.15.2.793

I’m running Windows 10…I have port forwarding set up correctly and verified that using canyouseeme.org on port 32400. I’m signed in to my PLEX account on the server. For some reason I can’t get rid of the error message “Not available outside your network” I don’t have manually specify public port selected.

I’ve restarted the computer and router a few times. Outside of making sure that the port is accessible externally which it is, I’m not sure what else to check.

2 remarks:

  1. If you establish a manual port forward, you’ll need to tell Plex which port it should use to access your server (even if it’s the default 32400).
In Settings > Server > Remote Access, check Manually specify public port and enter the port number to be used
  2. If your apps can access your Plex Media Server from outside your home network (check e.g. from your phone with disabled WIFI) but Plex keeps telling you remote access does not work – ignore the wrong indicator. It’s been known for some time that the indicator can easily get out of sync and might show a false warning.

Thanks, checking the box and entering 32400 seems to have gotten rid of the error. Thanks!
