When trying to enable Remote Access within Plex Web I only get the error " Not available outside your network. Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network."
I have the same port open, and it is seen as open on canyouseeme.org. Port is forwarded to the same IP address as the server.
Have I possibly done something wrong?
Have you ticked the check box ‘Manually specify public port’ and put in the external (WAN-side) port number of your port forwarding behind it? If not, do it.
(Settings - Server - Remote Access)
Restart your server,
use canyouseeme.org again to verify the functionality of the port forwarding.
Then just let it sit for a few hours.
